I'm a journalist by training — from UFRJ, with stints at O Globo and Jornal do Brasil — and I migrated to the digital product world bringing with me an obsession with clarity and the habit of listening before writing. This editorial background remains my greatest differentiator: I came to UX through the path of words, in a field historically dominated by visual design.
At Mercado Pago, where I've been since 2019, I lead Content and UX Design analysts in developing the Pix experience — Brazil's most widely used instant payment solution. My work directly impacts over 2.5 million users, across flows ranging from transfers to charges and financial management.
